Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
This is to certify that the manufacturer’s products are fully warranted against defects in workmanship and material under normal usage. Our premium inter-locking mesh carries a limited lifetime warranty against defects in the material. The limited lifetime warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is nontransferrable. Our builder textiline mesh carries a 5 (five) year warranty against defects in the material. The 5 (five) year warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable. Proof of purchase will be required upon submittal of warranty claim. It may be necessary for the customer to return the product to the manufacturer for inspection. In the event of a manufacturers defect, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product at the warrantor’s option. The warranty does not cover the cost of return shipping of the product or any labor/service charges for reinstalling the product. In the event that the damage or other failure of the product is caused by any misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or damage to the product while in the possession of consumer, the manufacturer will offer solutions to repair or replace the product at the cost of the consumer. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only. This warranty covers mesh, anchors, and fasteners, but does not cover broken poles or broken gate frames. In no event, shall the company be liable for any incidental or inconsequential damages caused by service persons, pets, abuse, neglect, salt water, chlorine, wind storms, hurricanes or other forms of natural disasters.

The Manufacturer makes no other express or implied representation or warranty of any kind regarding the product, whether as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or use or any other matter. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. In particular, the manufacturer assumes no responsibility of the product installed by someone other than our authorized dealers. Such authorized installations shall have a three-day period in which the purchaser may submit in writing for adjustments to the installed product at no additional charge. All product and installations will be considered complete and accepted after three business days unless the manufacturer or the authorized dealer is notified in writing as indicated above.
